The Manufacture de Haute Horlogerie Piaget is enriching the Dancer line with a precious entirely gemset model that required profound watch and jewellery making expertise to create the Dancer pièce exceptionnelle, the thinnest in the world.
It all began with a collection launched by Piaget in 1986, and 20 years later in 2006 the collection was re-styled.
The Dancer collection reflects Piaget’s boundless creative freedom. Its perfectly circular case, pure dial, bezel adorned with double gadroons and bracelet sublimated by links in the shape of dumbbells that make it instantly identifiable. It enshrines the entire history of Piaget, including the milestone introduction in 1957 of the 9P movement, which established the brand’s impressive expertise in the exclusive world of ultra-thin watchmaking.
Almost 1,230 special-shaped diamonds adorn this one-of-a-kind creation beating to the rhythm of its mechanical hand-wound 2.5 mm thick Calibre 830P. Conceived, developed and produced by Piaget, this movement is equipped with a large balance with screws and a large barrel ensuring a 72-hour power reserve.
